Assembling the BillyBot

RoboGuts™ BuildUp

Making it easier to use jumpers and plugs on servo cables you can add the servo extenders
You can see the notch on the top of the servo extender to allow for the servo cable

Glue the servo extenders (muscles?) onto the body as shown in the image above then install the servo motors. Add the neck servo horn, then before gluing snap on the head and adjust the wiring for the top 3-color LED and make sure everything is in its proper place before gluing the parts together.

It is important to put the notch to the inside when glueing the servo extenders onto the robot body

Here you can see the servo motors installed and then the RoboGuts™ installed

Next will be to screw the servo horns onto the neck for the head, the arms and the wheels

After printing the wheel parts add the servo horns to connect to the wheel motors

With the tail skid in place the FrankIn BillyBot leans back just a little to look proud of his existance!

Next will come the arms and finally after the glue holding the head LED in place dries we mount the head and the FrankIn BillyBot will be ready to perform.

Armless FrankIn BillyBot anxious to get in on a RoboToons Robot Theater show!

Screwing the servo arms onto the FrankIn BillyBot arms they're ready for installing on the new FrankIn BillyBot
Maybe a little more paint can make them look better?

All put together and ready to goto work!
